This is a book about a young child, their best friend and their amazing adventures together. the final pages of the book contain instructions on how to make your very own bear best friend!

I’ve used a limited colour palette to keep the book feeling cohesive and create a dreamy, magical feeling.

I’ve kept the child gender neutral so that more children can relate to it and feel connected to the story.

They have all sorts of adventures together, exploring the world and battling pirates.

I wanted the world in the book to feel incredible, like a world created by the child’s imagination.
